Calls being dropped in autodial Ratio dialing!

Hello,

I installed vicidialnow, it runs perfectly if i select manual dial in campaign settings, But when i select autodial level to any, it does call as the asterisk CLI suggest, call is being picked up to but it is not being forwarded to the agent.

I am using Ratio dialing option in campaign settings. The server on which vicidialnow is installed is a Quad core with 2 GB of RAM.

I dont know why calls are being dropped in autodialing mode.

Can any one help me?

astguiclient version?

dial_method used?

dial level used?

how are your agents logging in?

asterisk version:

Asterisk 1.2.27

astguiclient VERSION: 2.0.4-121

Dial method: Ratio

Dial level : 1.3

Number of Agents: 2

i am unsure of "how the agents are logging in", is there any specific way the agents should login for auto dial?

Are you using SIP trunks or Telco lines?

Changed Service provider, configured it to IAX trunk, and guess what, running like a charm.

Most of the only SIP Providers do not use asterisk, i think thats why sip trunk error arises.

Any good Service providers recommendations please.

We always recommend Binfone(they are a project sponsor), and vitelity works well on IAX too.
