Hopper List

Many times I have noticed and faced the below Issue

It shows that

|| This campaign has 779 leads to be dialed in those lists

This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper

Why is it so ?

My default Hopper Level is always 50.

if your hopper is always empty or empties too quickly even though you have numbers available to dial, you need to check your asterisk CLI and find out what is happening to those calls. probably they are "failing" and the hopper is emptying out as a result.

Did you check if the agents properly dispose the calls, could've been DNC, wrong num, etc.
