SIP extension not working

I just installed the VicidialNow and followed carefuly the "how" instruction. I used Eyebeam softphone and used the parameters in the existing sip.conf but my Eyebeam is not working (unable to register). I even check the sip show peers and registry and shows no registered SIP phone. Anyone have a solution for this?
