Have the agent login to the vdremote.php page to activate their session to take calls:
http://server-address/vicidial/vdremote.php
change the status from INACTIVE to ACTIVE and click SUBMIT
NOTE: This screen also allows for viewing of call information when calls come in.

Login with which userid and password ?

I have one remote agent as 111.

kolucom,

Have you tried reading the manual? If not you can purchase one from www.eflo.net/store.php

Reading the manual can cut down your questions to almost 70%. It will also greatly help expand your knowledge of VICIDIAL and also contribute to the development of VICIDIAL.

I do have managers Manual

1. Go to the REMOTE AGENTS section of the VICIDIAL admin website and click on the ADD
NEW REMOTE AGENTS.
2. For this tutorial we will use the these values for the fields on the NEW REMOTE AGENTS for
user ID start: 7777 (this is the existing ID we created in Tutorial A)
number of lines: 1
server IP: select your active server
external extension: 917275551212 (this is the number you would dial from the Dialer syste
get to the phone you want to call)
status: INACTIVE (this is what we change to ACTIVE when we are ready to take calls, an
back to INACTIVE when we do not want to take calls anymore)
campaign: TEST_IN
inbound groups: check the SALESLINE check box
3. Have the agent login to the vdremote.php page to activate their session to take calls:
http://server-address/vicidial/vdremote.php
change the status from INACTIVE to ACTIVE and click SUBMIT
NOTE: This screen also allows for viewing of call information when calls come in.

Now I have 1 remote agent1.

User ID Start: 77777(numbers only, incremented)
Number of Lines: 1 (numbers only)
Server IP: 192.168.0.2 - Vicidial server 192.168.0.2
External Extension: 917275551212 (dial plan number dialed to reach agents)
Status: ACTIVE
Campaign: TEST_IN
Inbound Groups: SALESLINE - Primary Sales Line

Now I dont have any option to set Password for above Remote agent.

When i tried to login to normal agent , I see below Error :

Invalid Username/Password: |cc101|test|

User Number: cc101
Password: test
Full Name: cc101
User Level: 1
User Group: Agents - Agents Agents

Kindly advice .

Did you miss this part of the instructions you yourself quoted:

"2. For this tutorial we will use the these values for the fields on the NEW REMOTE AGENTS for
user ID start: 7777 (this is the existing ID we created in Tutorial A)"

Most important part being:

"(this is the existing ID we created in Tutorial A)"
