Not yet, but some basic functionality to do this is planned in the future.

Webmin has the ability to create custom "buttons" that can edit any file you like. So you create a custom button for each of the files you'd like to edit regularly ... and then log in to webmin any time you'd like to edit them. webmin even has a "usermin" module to limit access to the system (depending on who it is making these changes).

First - Install Webmin

Second - login to Webmin

Third: "Others"->"Custom Commands"

Create a new File Editor.

You can even tell it to run:

asterisk -rx "reload"

after saving the file to have it automatically reload the asterisk dialplan if the file being edited requires it to be active.

The command can also be made available in "usermin" which is a more "user" and less "administrator" version of webmin, which can be extremely restricted to allow very little access to the OS.
