Same Problem All of a Sudden

I am experiencing the same problem now on VicidialNow. Weird thing is it was working yesterday...rebooted server and now when uploading new leads it just comes up with ok to process/start over box. No drop downs listed. I have verified that the xls/csv/txt(tab) file is uploaded into the vicidial web directory. I have also tried multiple lists. I don't know whats wrong but I've got a boss on my butt due to this stupid problem.

LIST LOADER- VERSION: 2.0.4-25 BUILD: 80514-103

So we'll take the tab delimited file. Filename is clientleads.txt.

780 1 JIM M P O BOX #155 FOLSOM CA 95763 9169523844 "$5,000.00 "
780 1 MIKE AARON 36625 HWY 56 BLVD DENNISON MN 55018 5077895756 5077895756
"$5,000.00 "

This list does upload fine without problems. But no drop down boxes are listed to map fields. Settings on adding leads are filename above, list id overide 780, phone code override 1, no duplicate check, and use area code for lead time zone.

I have tried uploading the tab delimited file with IE and Firefox on two different computers. Also tried clearing out the uploaded file in the vicidial web directory and also tried clearing temp files in the browsers.

I don't understand how a reboot would suddenly screw/break uploading leads. I am going to pull up the scratch install now and force install all the perl modules. If it works, I'll post again in 30 minutes.

Any help on this would be appreciated as my back end is getting burned atm by the boss.

I did find the why of my problem. I'm running this on a virtual server at Lylix and just noticed that my allocated 4.0GB of disk space filled up. I fixed the problem making sure there was a GB free and then force re-installed all of the perl modules on the scratch install.

I am still having the same problem. With the disk space being full, what might cause the drop downs not to appear?

We don't recommend running VICIDIAL on virtual machines, it usually leads to audio and other issues and can cause other problems.
