First time I hear of a business edition :? What extra bells and whistles have you added to it that is not in the scratch VICIDIAL?

From their website:

* Ability to view agents’ desktop via web browser(AgentSpy)
* Full CRM suite integration(VtigerCRM)
* Advance Agent and Disposition reports
* 64-bit capability
* Multi-Server functionality

From what I have seen so far:

* Ability to view agents’ desktop via web browser(AgentSpy)

I assume this is just tying VNC into the realtime report by a link, you would still need to install VNC server on all agent workstations and configure them all properly(which can be a chore if using Linux)

* Full CRM suite integration(VtigerCRM)

I have not seen the code to this, if it is more than what is in the VICIDIAL codebase so far, and there is no list of exactly what functions/features are integrated between VICIDIAL and Vtiger

* Advance Agent and Disposition reports

More reports of course, which really should be included in their Community Edition or donated to the VICIDIAL project.

* 64-bit capability

This is just the CentOS part of the distro, again we don't recommend CentOS, although to their credit they do change a lot of things from CentOS, so that it isn't a stock CentOS anymore.

* Multi-Server functionality

Not sure on this one, VICIDIAL is Multi-server out of the box already so I'm not exactly sure what they are referring to here.

Well, I for one will rather donate money towards the development of the original open source project. Please, let VICIDIAL never go the route of Sugar, Trixbox and so many others. Come on VICIDIALnow guys....... give that code back to the community :D
