List order not working as expected

Hi! I'm having a problem where the list order specified in the campaign does not work. Whatever list order I choose for the campaign it doesn't seem to have an effect on how the leads are loaded into the hopper. Same thing happens for all 3 campaigns we're running...

When I look at the leads loaded in the hopper, it seems like it's following a "Down Count 2nd New" for the first 20 records, but after that most of the leads status is "NA", "A", "DROP", etc.

Here's some info regarding the configuration:
* Dial Method: Ratio
* Auto Dial Level: 2.0
* Campaign VDAD exten: 8365
* Campaign Rec exten: 8309
* Campaign Recording: AllFORCE
* List Mix: None
* Lead Filter: None
* Recording Delay: 0
* Recording All Calls
* We have viciDial running separate from the DB/Web server.
* Both servers are Dell PowerEdge with 2 2.50 Ghz Quad-Core Processors and 4 GB RAM
* Running VICIDIALNOW ver 1.1

Any help will be greatly apprecciated!

Regards,

ADSantos

First I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc5 to see if that fixes your problem.

simple idea

Have you checked your dial statuses? I know it's simple, but you have to make sure your dial statuses are all entered correctly, or your list will never have the chance to dial correctly. --just a thought.

The problem was that we had "A", "NA", and other statuses added on the "Lead Recycle" of the campaign. After these were removed, problem was solved.
