1) Export report in Excel.
2) Export same kind of report but including all agents call details ?

Now doesn't want to give access of webmin to my call center tech guy else u know.. they love to experiement being techie

If you need to export to Excel you should try installing PHPMyAdmin.

But it means giving direct direct sql access which is dangerous, I guess

Just wondering if anyone has any custom PHP script where :

Excel Report - >> Show Different Type of Reports --> Show Search Criteria --> Export Button -- > Open up excel and Display Report
