help !! call back and screen changes too fast

Please help me with this
I have a couple of questions if you guys can help
1- if a call gets dropped while talking to the customer. How can my agent call that customer back from astguiclient.
2- When I am in auto dialing mode and after a customer hangs up, the screen changes too fast. So my agents are not able to write down the information. How can I make it stay a little longer.
