help !! call back and screen changes too fast

Please help me with this

I have a couple of questions if you guys can help

1- if a call gets dropped while talking to the customer. How can my agent call that customer back from astguiclient.

2- When I am in auto dialing mode and after a customer hangs up, the screen changes too fast. So my agents are not able to write down the information. How can I make it stay a little longer.

1. Enable alt number dialing and you wil have the ability to re-call the number that you just dialed if it is enabled by the agent.

2. If you need more than 30 seconds to write down customer information after hangup and you don't want to click "Back" you can simply click hangup, go to the dispo screen and click "minimize" at the top of the screen to see all of the customer information.

You can also make a web submit form to graphically display whatever information you require your agents to archive and then they can print the resulting screen.

if you are putting this information in another system, you can even have that form place the information directly into the other system. if you are just having the agent write the information, this printed version should be much faster and much more accurate for archiving than having an agent write the information.
