How can i configure smooth callflow?

Hi Everybody
Iam installed vici 1.1 in quad core system with 4gb of ram with 250gb HDD.
I have 12 agents. Yamaha Sound card installed in every agent pc. Iam doing outbound calls to UK . When ever i dial with 12 agents some time iam facing same Session ID's. And call flow is coming at a time and taking time gap upto 10 min. I have 2mbps Leased Line. Call brakes are coming.
How can i resolve this problem.
Please help me.
