How use alternative number and how customize this option

Guys,

We are in brazil and I have used a my own custom version from vicidialnow and I have success on all deploynment, but I need to know how I could use alternative costumer phone number with the follow rules:

Dial to main phone => if no answer => dial to alternative phone
Dial to main phone => if answer => dont dial to alternative phone

Looks like pretty easy, but I really dont understand how vicidial use alternative number.

VicidialNow 1.1 without upgrade
