strange!!!!!!!!!!!!! can't register from outside

When I register my x-lite within the LAN I have no problem. But when I try to connect it from outside, it gives me 408 problem
I am using comcast. I have disabled the firewall on the server and I used DMZ to forward all the traffic to the server which is 192.168.2.2
It still is not connecting. I can use ssh fine, I can use http and access admin and agent section fine from outside the LAN however my x-lite would not register. I also went in port forwarding and forwarded all the port, 5060 and 10,000 to 20,000 to my server 192.168.2.2 in addition to the DMZ but still no luck. I can ping my server from outside too. I just can not get the x-lite to register.

try to see the sip packages in asterisk console :sip debug ( sip no debug to disable)
or ngrep port 5060 from command prompt.
Most likely you have an issue with nat setup for your peer
