which one is the name of the option that you can personalized callback , i mean , if a agent dispositions a call back at 5 PM the call it enters to the person did the dispositions not the person or agent available ?

Agent-only callbacks, and they must be enabled per user in the user modification page.

Also, the campaign must be set to allow scheduled callbacks.
