With all due respect to Matt and entire team , Pl do not take it on offending .

But somehow my agent doesn't like the color and design of their agent interface.

Anyway to change it or any already anything different available ?

Take a look at the 2.0.5 screen when that release comes out, it has changed a bit in design and color.

Look under features for the post 'Created a 1024x768 VICIDIAL Design.' I don't know how stable it is, but it sure looks different.

if you need to stay with 2.0.4 then upgrade to the latest 2.0.4rc5 release.
