Vicidialnow without Agents

Hello @ all

I had an Vicidial now system an thats runnig only for outbound at the moment. - It runns good but

I will an Agent less Campain start.. that means

1: Vicidial Call the list
2: Answear()
3: Playback (soundfile)
4: when interesting call sip Account (Telefonnumber)/ Ohterwise hang up


At the moment i had following syntax


;Extension for number 4370***
exten => 43720***,1,Answer()
exten => 43720***,n,Playback(1step)
exten => 43720***,n,Wait(3)
exten => 43720****,n,Dial(SIP/cc200); how can i dial a normaly telefonnumber
exten => 43720***,n,Hangup()

You do not need to "modify" the VicidialNOW setup for this. What you are describing is already build into the system as "Remote Agent".

You need to read the Manager's Manual and try using a Remote Agent in conjunction with the outbound recording/broadcast/Press One setup (which is demonstrated with Campaign VDAD 8366).

If you set up a Remote Agent on the system, and then change a campaign in your set to use "Campaign VDAD" 8366 instead of 8365, it will call the prospect, play a message, and then connect the prospect to the "Remote Agent" when the prospect presses One.

hello

i had insert an remote agent with the nummer: 100

and this one had an extension with 12345678


the 8366 did nothing (or the the sam as 8365)

the extensions

it dials and conect with vicidial normaly as an outbound campain but not more.

Hello ..

i mean the script agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi

did not work.

it do the same as the normaly vdad 8365

did not work is a very loose phrase. did the same as 8365 is a bit more descriptive, but i'm looking for something precise (we're troubleshooting here!)

When you changed the campaign from 8365 to 8366, the system dialed (automatically) when an agent became "available" by pressing resume or by a remote agent becoming active ... ?

When the call was generated, the prospect's phone rang, the prospect answered, and there was NO message ... ?

Did the prospect press a number to get connected to the agent, or was the prospect connected to the agent without pressing a number, or was the agent NOT connected to the agent at all ... ?

In the asterisk CLI> did the system show that it attempted to play a message to the prospect ... ?

sorry but my motherlanguage ist not english because im from austria.

ok ... now it works now... (i make some errors..)

can i input my mobile nummer into the External Extension in selektion remote agent ?

and i must change the message that play.

then its perfekt for my work.
