DNC coming back...

Disposed as DNC but still its coming back ??

Is internal DNC enabled in the campaign?
What kind of calling are you doing?

When we dispose the call as DNC/NI, we DO NOT expect the call to come back.
But for that Do I need to enable anything called INTERNAL DNC ?
We make Outbound calls..

Mostly CB,No Answer, Busy but NOT NI and DNC.
Any log file required ?

Check your lead recycling settings. Also, in your campaign page, make sure you set Use Internal DNC to Yes.

Guesses: Server overload? call stuck in hopper? (both?)
I've had this a couple times, but before I can diagnose it, the problem has disappeared. If it continues, I'd like to have a look at your system. If I can "catch it in the act" of making a flawed decision, I can kill it. But if it won't break while I'm watching ... I have to wait for it to recur. And it hasn't happened on one of my boxes in a few months.

This happened to me too.
It sucks when you are waiting for it to reappear and it wont.
