Thanks a lot to the Entire Vicidial Team for creating HOT KEYS.

Minimises Agents work to a large extent.

But Instead of normal 1,2,3,4,5.....

Possible to change it to Ctrl+1 , Ctrl+2 , Ctrl+3 .... to avoid accidental disposition of the call ??

There is currently no option to change hotkeys to be triggered like that. I am sure that it is possible because I can use "Ctrl + s" to save emails in Gmail, but it would not be a priority change unless a feature request like that was sponsored.
