Install Vicidial Now with a computer with three HD

I installed Vicidial Now 1.2 on a computer which had three hard disk, two of them had Linux distribution on it, one had ELASTIX and the othe one had Debian with an asterisk 1.4 system on it, I installed VicidialNOW on the other empty HD, my quetion is if I lost all the information on those other hard disks??

do you know how to "mount" a hard drive?

No William... is this mean that the information on the other hard disk wasnt erased?

this means that if you learn to "mount" the drive you will find out (and can get the information you are looking for).

Vicidialnow will delete all information on your harddives during installation. Just like Elastix and Trixbox it will reformat yourf harddrives. There's a warning on your screen stating that whem you boot the Vicidialnow CD.

but will it delete all the information on all the drives (even the ones you are not installing on ...) and when you are not sure (and the drives are on YOUR machine ... and you've already DONE the install ...) mounting the drive is the only sure fire way to know if your data is still there.

the rest really is just conjecture ... unless you've done this with extra drives in the system and can state categorically that in your case they were / were not wiped. Even then, that does not mean it will /won't happen in every case unless you've looked at the script to be sure (or wrote the script ... but even then, things don't always go as planned).

So ... mount up, have a look, and let us know.
