Transfer a Call to an specific agent
Posted: Wed Apr 22, 2009 5:59 pmHI, I installed Vicidial now 1.2 rc1 and Im recording all the calls, in and out, the problem is that if I transfer the call to a Closer I don't know how to transfer it again to an specific person without losing the recording as I need to record all the entire call, we are using eyebeam softphones and when I enter the extension of an specific agent, it go to another line of the softphone of the agent... I already bought the manual, and search the forum, but I don't have any clue to do it
