Do I have to download the lates libpri in 1.2 release? I'm having trouble with my T1 install. I'm trying to download the card driver. I just wanted to know if I have to download anything else into VicidialNOW 1.2.

Thanks

did you had this card in during initial install of vicidialnow?
And what is a model of your card?

Is this card compatible with the Digium drivers? Sangoma and Digium cards are supported by VicidialNOW. You just need to configure them for your system.

Goal: Get it to work with Asterisk.

After you do that ... getting it to work with Vicidial is not a big deal.

But we don't have drivers or experience with this card (OK: I don't, and I don't see any jumpers who do ... so ...) Wherever you bought it, if they said it works with Asterisk, make 'em prove it to you. After it does, please post so others can buy one, too, if it works out for you. If it doesn't, get your money back.

You could try the Digium forums, much more likely to have a similar case there than here.

Hello oshonubi!

As I have mentioned in the past (perhaps even to you ...) it is a requirement to read the manual and the stickies before posting.

It is also a very good idea (especially in this case) to list your configuration (hardware and software with versions and any extra installed programs on your system besides vicidial).

Had you done this, you would be much more likely to get a response that fits your needs.

That being said: Can you define "the vicidial agent interface not seeing it."

Have you tested this card's configuration in some fashion? (Please tell us how)

Hi William

Thanks for the response. My installation configuration is based on Vicidialnow 1.2.

These are the responses to the questions

Q. Have you tested this card's configuration in some fashion? (Please tell us how)

A. I have installed and tested the card.

I run ztcfg -vvvv and I got

[root@vici ~]# ztcfg -vvv

Zaptel Configuration
======================

Channel map:

Channel 01: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)

1 channels configured.

This based on another server running one FXO port card

Q. That being said: Can you define "the vicidial agent interface not seeing it."

A. When the call came in, it went straight to the softphone without any indication of LIVE CALL in the agent web interface. This means the agent picked the call on the softphone without an indication of LIVE CALL coming in.
