VicidialNow CE 1.2 Final

Hello,

Just completed installation with vicidialnow CE 1.2 final.

Done every thing as per http://taguinod.net/vnow/vnow-getting-started-draft.pdf .

But when I am trying to login at agent page I am not able to select the capmaign.. tried to refresh the capmaign status but still not change.

Please let me know if I skiped any thing.

given the odds you have a password/user problem. please verify that you put the PHONE/PHONE pwd in when asked and the USER / USER pwd in when asked properly.

it asks for PHONE credentials FIRST. It will not allow you to even see a list of campaigns until you have authenticated properly.

It is also possible you forgot to activate a campaign or there are no campaigns with leads available to log in to.

Hi thanks for the update,

The problem is sort out agent is able to login.

but got another problem now.

I get the welcome call on my soft phone but as soon as i recieve the call it gets disconnected.

it should not disconnect and I should hear " you are the only person in this conferance " but its not hapening what may be the reason.
