Carrier setting with Vicidial

If i'm doing outbound predictive only do I have to "add a new carrier" and set up a dial plan?

I'm connected to a PRI (23 Lines)

the carrier and phones settings are only automatically configured in the conf files for IAX and SIP, not Zap(POTS/PRI).

You will need to configure those by hand.

i too got some problem with carrier settings, i think so.

when agent logs in he gets the welcome call on eyebeam but then the call is immediatly get disconnected.

may be i am doing some mistake.

may i know where i can get the manager and agent manual for new vicidialnow 1.2 final?
