do you have any duplicates in your vicidial_conferences table?
with that load on that server you shouldn't be getting cross-connects with a properly configured ViciDial system.

No Duplicate.
8600051 to 8600200
I am using Vicidialnow rc1.1
What could be the other reasons ?
Also, I am using g729. Can that be an Issue ?
Also, if I see the Loadavg more than 4 , whats the immediate solution to get it under 1 APART from restarting ?

Matt is right. On a properly configured Vicidial system, you shouldn't be getting cross-connections given your hardware specs. Please refer to this topic for more info:

I cannot say it will "cure" the cross connections if you upgrade, but I can say it is likely your least expensive method of approaching the problem (since you will want to upgrade soon anyway ... it's just like putting air in the tires before going on a long trip).
If it fixes it, great, if not ... you have a clean install from which to work. (And those troubleshooting it will not have worries about changes you have made over the last several months ...).
I would actually go so far as to say if upgrading to vicibox doesn't resolve it, try vicidialNOW (or vice versa) just to see if there's an os related issue with your processor. (Two OSs should eliminate that fairly well.)

I will try Upgrade and then lets see...
Also I am using VicidialNOW rc1.1
Concern is.. It works perfectly but when CONFERENCE starts , it spread like SWINE FLU
within all other agents.... !!!
then Only option last with me is RESTART the server.

Mexican Flu spreading slowed already. LOL (Well, in Mexico anyway).
Does it work if you press the hangup button below the "Show Conference ..." blue line at the bottom of the agent screen? Or do callers just sort of "pop in" randomly so it would not help?
I do recall having a problem with that once ... but not on any machines for a while.

Captured when these 2 agents i.e cc104 and cc106 were having conference.

Without actually looking into your system ... I'd say you need to check your sql tables to see if the system knows who is in the rooms, and then check against your Vicidial logs to see where the miscommunication is occurring. However, that was a "release Candidate" of Vicibox, and before getting crazy on the issue, I would definitely update/upgrade to a full release. 2.0.5.
It would be a serious bummer if you spend 8 hours geeking it and find out it's already resolved and was a simple issue someone else fixed in January in SVN and it's already in the later release.
After all, Vicibox and VicidialNOW are ISO installs.

I spoke to 2-3 people and they said that even they face Cross Connection Issue in 2.5
Btw, can u tell me what are the probable reasons for Cross Connections ?

what do you and these 2-3 people have in common? equipment? personnel ...?
the only reasons i've ever had for cross connections was server load and training (helpful if one checks out of the campaign properly).
i haven't had a client with that complaint (or in one of my call-centers) for over 6 months.

1) They are in same local lan network.
2) Conference doesn't happen always. It happens suddenly.
3) They don't use Hot Keys
4) I have other centers but they hardly complain about this conference issue.May be once in a week or 15 days.
5) I never modified meet conf file . Its default from Vicidialnow.
6) They all use normal xlite softphone like my other centers.
7) They way they hang up the call is :
Hang Up Customer , Select Disposition and then submit.

Can we consolidate this thread to this topic :
