Vtiger user integration issue

When I attempt to syc users with vtiger I get this error:

Version of VicidialNOW (and versions of any installed software that has been added or upgraded since install ...)?

VicidialNow 1.2. No upgrades. Deployed in test VmWare environment.

What are you trying to do when this error occurs? (I have heard mention that for some operations it is necessary to upgrade vTiger one step ...)

You need to upgrade VtigerCRM to version 5.0.4. The one that comes with VicidialNOW is VtigerCRM 5.0.3.
