i try with asterisk 1.2.30.4 and 1.4.21.1 this methode
cd /usr/src
tar -xzvf asterisk-1.4.21.1.tar.gz
cd asterisk-1.4.21.1
/usr/src/asterisk-1.4.21.1/contrib/scripts/get_ilbc_source.sh
make clean
./configure
make menuselect
now vicidial agent don't work , when i make a call i have this message on cli and my sip phone logout:
