Time Syncronization error

I have a new install of ViciDialNOW. All I have done is change the IP and run, update_server_ip. I installed and configured per "vnow-getting-started-draft.pdf". I log in my agent, the agent gets called I answer then after a few seconds the agent browser displays "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator"
The only help I can find online is to do a screen -ls, which results in:
[root@vici default]# screen -ls
There are screens on:
21633.ASTVDauto (Detached)
2459.asterisk (Detached)
21636.ASTVDremote (Detached)
21627.ASTsend (Detached)
2405.ASTfastlog (Detached)
2454.astshell (Detached)
2617.ASTupdate (Detached)
2403.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
21630.ASTlisten (Detached)
9 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-root.
For troubleshooting I have set an ntp server still no go. Because of this the system is unusable, anyone have any ideas.
