IVR in vicidialnow

Hi

please can any one tell me step by step procedure to set up IVR in vicidialnow I tried it by changing CAMPAIGN VDAD EXTENSION : 8366 but any other chance is it necessary or not I don know plz help

Please read the manager's manual. It describes a Broadcast/Press One campaign.
