TIME ON VDAD Compaing(wallboard) problem

Hello everyone,

I am using vicidialnow 1.1 for outbound dialing

Today I am facing a problem, all agents are calling successful but the wallboard (TIME ON VDAD per campaign ) is not showing the Ready status for agents.

Its showing all the agents on PAUSED status, agent goes to INCALL status but after few status back to Paused status.

how many agents logged in?

Two servers , each have around 20 users.

Loadaverage is below then one on both servers.

Problem is something related to session handling

Check if your server's date are synchronized. The date and time on all the servers should be the same.

I get resolved this issue. :D on same day .

Problem was that my asterisk db was on different machine. all three servers time was syncrinzed with ntp server.

But due to some reason time did not sync with server and varied on server.

Problem resolve after manully syncing the time with ntp server by

# ntpdate ntp_server
