inbound configuration

I have been using vicidial for outbound calls with great success. Great product once you buy the manual and read through it.

I am having trouble setting it up for inbound calls. I was wondering if someone can explain this code from the manual for me. From what I understand it transfers to a closer type group called SALESLINE.

exten => 8002277655,4,AGI(agi-VDADcloser_inboundCIDlookup.agi,SALESLINE-----8002277655-----Closer---------------999-----1)

I am not using a closer type campaign so is it not possible to have incoming calls going to my agents? Currently I am having it just go to all the individual sip phones but I would like for it to be processed through vicidial.

admin.php version and build?

When I log in to the admin section this is at the bottom. I am guessing this is what you are looking for.

VERSION: 2.0.4-122 BUILD: 81011-0855

I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.5, you can do DID configuration for inbound calls through the web interface.

I have to echo that wholeheartedly. The upgrade (after a good backup) will make DID creation VERY cool. Nice and powerful with every option a client has asked for (so far) built right in.
