Hi,

I am just trying to access recording from Admin Area under user detail in VICIDIALNOW 2.0.5, when I click link in recording table, it reads "You don't have permission to access /RECORDINGS/GSM/20090522-113037_1216604506-all.gsm on this server"

Any help to save this on local system. I can copy recording through shell, but I want to retrive it through web explorer.

Best regards,

You need to edit /etc/httpd/conf.d/vicidial-recordings.conf and add your IP address. Reload the Apache web server after.

Most probably you're using GSM format to record all your calls. That's why it's going straight to the GSM folder. If you want it to go to ORIG folder instead of GSM, modify the perl script that does the transcoding/mixing of recorded calls.

create a new topic where you explain your issue and post information such as install method, ISO-file version used, vicidial build etc
also post errors from /var/log/apache2/error_log when you try to access the recordings
