asterisk vicidial_auto_calls table

Hye everyone ..
am new in this so need your help about the first problem i faced ..

while the dialing start on the vicidial machine here light gone ..
after restarting it ..

it shows me the error :

/asterisk/vicidial_auto_calls table crashed and its repaired as :

/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_RESET_MYSQL/var.pl ...

but still the dialing wont starts ..

anyone help me in this issue ... ?

looks like you need to repair your database. have you tried running a repair on that table in mysql?

well i listed that am new into this ..

can u briefly explain me how to repair the database tables .. ?

as the crashed table was repaired as :


/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_RESET_MYSQL/var.pl

also try:
df -h

to verify that your drive is not full (if it is, it will crash again very soon).

And if you aren't paying close attention to what just happened, you NEED to have a mysql backup! You could lose ALL your data ...

Look up the use of the command "mysqldump" from the command line. Very handy.
