ordinarily one "registers" to receive INBOUND calls. if you register TWO servers, each time one registers it will supercede the prior registration and "take" the calls. So your provider may not appreciate the "ping-pong" of two registrations to the same account. often there is a way to make a new "device" or "account" on the provider's system to avoid this confusion.

another possibility is that your router is not happy with the traffic between the two locations with that combination of MAC address, IP and Port. Although that has been rare, it has happened.

do you have a different router at this location? do you have new accounts/devices/providers?
