what queue does vicidial work with i need to transfer DID calls so that callers are put in the same queue agents in my outbound campaign and they can speak to the customer and see his caller id

vicidial does not use queues. it uses campaigns. read the managers manual and it will walk you through the process of loading in DIDs. If you use vicidial 2.0.5 it is MUCH easier.
