Is this dialing correctly?

Postby lemic » Sat Jun 27, 2009 4:38 am

hello guys i have tried to use predictive dialing. The problem is there are no calls the agents are receiving. on the campaign real time screen this goes out:

6 calls being placed 6 calls ringing 0 calls waiting for agents 0 calls in IVR
2 agents logged in 0 agents in calls 2 agents waiting 0 paused agents 0 agents in dead calls

it says that i have calls.

on my CLI:

Manager 'sendcron' logged on from 127.0.0.1

can you please post your specifications and versions? (Read The Stickies!)

also, is the "o" flag in your dial plan?

did you "modify" the standard dial plan?
