Hello everyone. I tried to use ratio dialing. On the campaign real time screen it shows that it is dialing but there is no calls going through to the agents then it just suddenly stops. it seems it hangs in the middle of dialing. the information presented stucks on just 1 or more being dialed.

here is my CLI output:

-- Executing Dial("Local/12056630672@default-0132,2", "SIP/12056630672@AccelaSansay1") in new stack
-- Called 12056630672@AccelaSansay1
-- SIP/AccelaSansay1-0982f260 is making progress passing it to Local/12056630672@default-0132,2
-- Registered SIP 'cc103' at 58.71.60.194 port 25102 expires 3600
== Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1
== Spawn extension (default, 12056630672, 1) exited non-zero on 'Local/12056630672@default-0132,2'
-- Executing DeadAGI("Local/12056630672@default-0132,2", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----0-----CANCEL----------") in new stack
-- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... ---------- completed, returning 0

Another one:

== Manager 'sendcron' logged on from 127.0.0.1
-- Executing Dial("Local/12056633413@default-c568,2", "SIP/12056633413@AccelaSansay1") in new stack
-- Called 12056633413@AccelaSansay1
-- SIP/AccelaSansay1-0982f260 is making progress passing it to Local/12056633413@default-c568,2
== Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1
== Spawn extension (default, 12056633413, 1) exited non-zero on 'Local/12056633413@default-c568,2'
-- Executing DeadAGI("Local/12056633413@default-c568,2", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----0-----CANCEL----------") in new stack
-- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... ---------- completed, returning 0
== Refreshing DNS lookups.

is there something wrong with it? or is there some misconfiguration on my part?

could be rejected calls or you could have missing switches in your dial command, or an incompatible codec ...

look at agi debug (see what the logic is doing with the call), sip debug (find out if the call is being rejected or your system is hanging it up), /var/log/astguiclient to find out what vicidial is doing and then find out why.

you can also post your dial plan entry that is being used (_91NXX ... all the lines of the one in use by this campaign).
