I am getting One way audio :

Can Codec be a problem ? I am NOT using G729. In my sip setting I have allow=g711

This is basically your problem.

You dont seem to have a compatible codec.

I am NOT using G729.

In my sip setting I have allow=g711

Is it nor correct ?

You need to check with your SIP carrier what codecs they are using. Most carriers have g729 enabled as their primary codec.
