DNC number doesnt block by vicidialnow agent interface

using vicidialnow agent interface; after a call is placed list of disposition appears when tagged as dnc, the number will be inserted to dnc list right? now when i call that number again using manual dial at vicidialnow agent interface that number tagged as dnc should be blocked, a pop-up window will appear stating that this number your trying to call is dnc but its not happening instead it let it pass thru.

can someone help me with this is this another bug that comes-up with vicidialnow?

Campaign settings-->Detail view-->Manual Dial filter

Manual Dial Filter - This allows you to filter the calls that agents make in manual dial mode for this campaign by any combination of the following: DNC - to kick out, CAMPAIGNLISTS - the number must be within the lists for the campaign, NONE - no filter on manual dial or fast dial lists.

What is your Manual Dial filter set to?
