Incoming DID settings not working

Hello,
I have setup vicidialnow installed.
VERSION: 2.0.5-173
BUILD: 90320-0424
Two queries :
1) As per the instructions given in the Manager Manual i created a DID to land on a voicemail box
DID Extension:2226
Description : Test DID
Active : Y
DID Route : VOICEMAIL
Extension Context : default
VoiceMailBox : 101
I manage to get the calls landing on voicemail, this is a great feature added, thanks matt. I however could not find a report of incoming did calls that are routed to Voicemail/Phone/Extension. Is there no report available yet.
2) I manged to register a SIP carrier following the instructions in the manager manual however i have to use a pri line with 30 channels and use a group of 10 channels each for 3 different processes, is there a way i can set this from the VicidialNow admin interface or i have to do it manually.
Please revert as this is very urgent, i have to deliver the system in next couple of days.
