campaign settings

good day ! can I ask some tips on this settings

Hopper Level:100
Force Reset of Hopper: N
Dial Method: Ratio
Auto Dial Level: 3.0 adapt override :unchecked
Available Only Tally: N
Drop Percentage Limit: 3
Maximum Adapt Dial Level: 20
Latest Server Time:0600
Adapt Intensity Modifier: 30 More Intense
Dial Level Difference Target: 0---0 Balanced
Concurrent Transfers: AUTO
Auto Alt-Number Dialing:None


I already purchase and read the Managers manual... The predictive dialer is working but after 5 minutes when all the 8 agents is log in ..all the status is PAUSED


Any advice is highly appreciated...

Do you have calls stuck in the vicidial_auto_calls table?

Do you have the 'h' extension in every context of your dialplan?

at last it is working already .. there is a problem with the time synchroniztion
