Any suggestion on how to keep the agent screen time sync with the server or terminal time? My agent screen time is completely different from both the server time and my system time.

After setting up your system time with above command. Goto Admin->Servers->Vicidial page and change
Code: Select all
Local GMT: -5   (change this to your GMT offset)

Also change this for individual phone from Admin->Phones->MODIFY change
Code: Select all
Local GMT: -5  (change this to your GMT offset)

Do this for every phone.

does this persist or did it just happen when you changed the time in the server?

is your computer set to the same time as the server?

I needed a reboot after following webgurru's steps for all the changes to go through.
