Codecs

Hi to all, i am using vicidialnow 1.2, almost all the time it works wonderful, sometimes i use the extensons without the vicidial agent interface, just the phones. On some occasions, it starts giving me a no compatible codecs error on the cli, but only on 1 or 2 phones not on all and if i service asterisk restart, then the problem goes away.

Any ideas on why this could be happening????

what codecs are you using on your softphones and sip carrier?
