Predictive dial (Dead Call when place a call)

Hi all;

We are trying Predictive Dial but the problem is when a call is placed to an agent it became a DEAD CALL. any help please

Please read the stickies (they are the forum subjects at the top that are old but say "sticky", read them, this is required before posting).

Please also read the manual if you haven't already.

After that, post your configuration with versions and list any OTHER software you may have installed in your system (trixbox, freepbx, et cetera). I recommend you put this in your "signature" so you don't have to remember to do it every time.

Then come back and post some CLI output from the "moment of hang up" and perhaps we can help you. :)
