How do I change a status / disposition

Hi there

I am having this problem. If an agen dispose off a call and later we need to change the disposition by that again. How would we do that?

actually I think I know the answer . I can go to user stats and change that. But the problem is that what if we just have a phone number. How can we search for that phone number to get the lead number so we can change the disposition.

Admin page-->Lists-->Search for a lead
