Agents softphone hungs up on login

Im currently using vicidial CE 1.2

when my agent logs in into there account there softhpone suddenly hungs up after ringing.

i really feel strange about this.


any help is greatly appreciated.

do you mean it stops ringing? it couldn't exactly hang up if it hadn't been answered...?

can you post the CLI output during this time (it may show WHY it ends the call)
