Will appreciate if someone can help with the solution to this problem. I logged on to the vicidial agent interface got the message that I am the only one logged on to this conference by the softphone. However on opening the agent telecaller I gat "Your session has been disabled" I tried to go to the ADMIN---CONFERENCES--VICIDIAL CONFERENCES to see if vicidial conferences still exist. They exist there.

What could be the problem and what is the solution.

Thanks

However on opening the agent telecaller
I am not sure I understand what this means.
I logged on to the vicidial agent interface
Is this not the same as the above?

If you read the reasons to get "Your Session Has Been Disabled" .. you will likely find that they somehow apply, but I'm not sure if you are saying that your case is special in some way with the double logon assertion above.

Hi William,

Thanks for the response. The agent telecaller is the same as the agent interface. I am not sure there is any double logon here. Just need to kmow what could disable a session

not responding in time to a request for action or having a slow network locally or some other time related issue. it also happens sometimes when the ip address of the server is incorrect in a setting on the server somewhere.
