hi guys , after configuring my in-bound group and DID following the manager manual, using my PBX phone as an extension, i couldn't dial in into vicidial, Can anybody help me pls.

Happy to help. Please read the stickies and the manager's manual (both required reading) and you may find that you've helped yourself (I recommend reading the stickies on ALL the forums, even the ones you're not posting in).

Then be sure to post your hardware software setup and any extra software you have in your Vicidial server (one or two lines in your signature and you'll never have to remember it again ...).

Then define "couldn't dial in" in great detail. You could not use a soft phone to call vicidial to log in? (read the manual, that's not how you log in). Couldn't call in on a DID (trunk)? It's a bit complex, but it's covered in the manual and your Asterisk CLI (with SIP or IAX debug on, depending on which protocol is in use) will likely be a great boon to finding out why the call never gets in. But it could also (50:50) be a simple setup that would be covered in the manual.
