Problem with the Vicidialnow new configuration

Hi,
We just installed the vicidialnow and configured it. This is the only server that everyone is connecting to in order to dial, so we have one external IP and one vicidialnow IP, and I followed all the instructions provided in get started document. Every thing went fine, but for some reason we are not getting a live call. When I log in as an agent I do see the leads in lead preview and when I dial it shows that it is trying but I am not able to get the live call and the phone number that is provided in the lead (My own number) is not ringing either. I am stuck and do not know what to do next. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
