In my server there are 2 NIC cards.
On board is a 10/100 and External one if 100/1000.
Now, total of 10 agents will login.
Should I use 100/1000 for Internet connection or for Local Lan ?
Pl advice.

Better to use 10/100 for internet and other for local lan, as internet speed will not be more than 100mbps (at present).

Especially if you have a Gigabit switch internally. I recommend my offices use a 24 or 48port switch with at least 1 gigabit port for the Vicidial server. This allows the Vicidial server to communicate with all workstations at full speed at the same time while still communicating with the internet at full speed.
