problem with sangoma card in vicidial

hello there,

facing a great problem...sangoma E1 card is not intigrating with vicidial this error comes

""loading zaptel hardware modules, running ztcfg ,zt_chanconfig failed on channel 1, no such device or address (6)""

can any one give any idea why this is happening??

You need to install the Sangoma Wanpipe drivers and configure your card.

1. Mount the VicidialNOW 1.2 CD
2. rpm -ivh "path to mount point/CentOS/wanpipe-2.6.18-92.el5.vnow-3.2.7.1-0.i686.rpm"
3. Run the "wancfg_zaptel" utility

we installed wanpipe 3.5.4 tar...and alos run the wancfg_zaptel unitlity for configuring the channel...

why its not working????

dear gardo....thanx a lot for your solution....it worked....thanx alot.....w didnt notice that there was a built in rpm in the cd for sangoma card....tahnx a lot...
